  3. Land Requirement: Applicant must own or farm at least 25 acres of land in canal areas or 50 acres in rain-fed areas.
  4. Use of Machinery: The farmers or service providers are also supposed to hire out machinery to other farmers for the period of the scheme.
  5. Individual Application: A farmer is not eligible to apply if they already have submitted an application for machinery or equipment subsidy from other central districts of Punjab.
  6. Reservation Deadline: Reservation shall be made within 10 days of receiving the allotment list after approval from the companies. In case of no reservation, support shall be canceled and provided to the next applicant in the list.
  7. Machinery Condition: It cannot be sold or transferred to any other person for at least four years after receipt.
  8. Training: Maintenance and repair of the machinery will be imparted by the Deputy Agricultural Engineer or Agricultural Assistant of the concerned district.

Farmers who desire to avail of this facility shall comply with the following:

  • Application Form Download: The application form is available for download at the website of Punjab Agriculture Transformation Grant Eligibility  Department. Alternatively, you can also collect the same from Deputy Agriculture Engineer of your district.
  • Filling and Submission: Fill up the application form with all attachments as mentioned. Then proceed to submit it in the office of Deputy Agriculture Engineer of your district. Incase, a fee of Rs 300 has to be paid while submitting.
